Aromatics: Relatively subtle nose reminiscent of strawberry, grape juice and fresh apple, with a light floral touch.
Palate: On the palate, one of the nice aspects of this wine is its ample, generous effervescence. Subtle aromatics reminiscent of raspberry pips and cranberry flow into a mineral, energetic and clean finish.
Pairings: The wine is at its best with food. Pair it with dried beet chips, and the wine’s vivaciousness will provide a great counterpoint to the earthy beet character. For a simple apéro pairing, serve it with a few slices of slightly spicy dry sausage. And for a more elaborate, refreshing, color-inspired pairing, try it with a beet, tomato and raspberry salad.
